Koen has lead the sales digital transformation in the IA Products and Service business globally.  He has rolled out data driven sales to targeted regional headquarters within the Yokogawa group, lead the integrated CRM activities as the IA Products and Service sales process leader, and driven price management throughout the IA Products organisation.
