Corey Schroeder (Molex), Megan MacLean (Vendavo), and Jordan Hahn (Vendavo) share how Commercial Excellence is an important part of a company’s digital transformation. Over the past two years, Vendavo has been tracking how companies are progressing and achieving moving targets and goals.
Corey Schroeder has worked for Molex for more than 10 years. He is currently leading the global pricing team, a centralized capability supporting ten business units across 40 countries. In this role the focus is to drive B2B commercial excellence capabilities through the lever of pricing. In addition, previous commercial excellence projects include sales and marketing strategy, margin management, and cost/capital optimization. Molex is a multi-billion-dollar global supplier of advanced electronic components and solutions, and the company is a subsidiary of Koch Industries.
Megan MacLean has more than 25 years of industry experience delivering global enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 companies. As Chief Services Officer, Megan brings her passion for value realization and client success to her longstanding partner and customer relationships. Prior to Vendavo, Megan held leadership and consulting roles at Exemplary Software and Arthur Andersen, respectively. Megan holds a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
Jordan is responsible for product management of Vendavo Intelligent CPQ, using pricing and sales enablement experience gained in industry and academic research to drive strategy and innovation for Commercial Excellence. Prior to Vendavo, he worked in product management and strategy consulting for telecom, managed services, and B2B software-as-a-service solutions, spanning the product lifecycle from startups and new product launches to legacy product retirements.
