With her experience in pricing and work across multiple industries, she routinely helps clients achieve an increase of 1-2% of sales. She enjoys singing and playing the cajon. She’s a polyglot and is currently adding Czech to her repertoire of languages.

Susan Wolfgang, Manager of Customer Experience, brings 20+ years of experience delivering IT Services to some of the world’s largest companies and most recognized brands. For the last 10 years she has focused on employing the principles of customer success and customer experience to improve the lives of software customers. Susan brings her passion for customers with her every day to develop teams at Vendavo to support our customers post implementation. Prior to joining Vendavo, Susan worked with customers across a variety of software platforms including Perceptive Software, Lexmark and Envysion.
