CFOs and their financial teams are now being asked to report on past performance and drive the adoption of strategic initiatives, becoming more integrated into the business partnership.

Measurement of the impact of these initiatives is critical - and the margin bridge, variance analysis, or price-volume-mix causality - whatever you call it - is a powerful capability. It’s a high-level overview comparing and isolating changes in revenue, or margin, into key components. But there have been problems in the past: rarely has PVM analysis been easily deployed on a reliably repeatable basis.

Join Vendavo CFO Dayton Kellenberger as he recounts his past PVM experience at Coleman and what he would have liked to have had then - and we’ll then get to see Vendavo’s Margin Bridge Analyzer in action and hear how its capabilities are already delivering value for Vendavo customers.
