Dogfooding is short for “Eating your own dog food,” which represents the practice of using your own products. For Vendavo, that means actually using the commercial excellence solutions we’re building.
Our sales organization was faced with rapidly changing demands - new solutions, new service offerings, and changing customer expectations.
