How Vendavo helped appliance giant Electrolux increase profitability

Electrolux is a global leader in appliances for both consumers and professional users. The European major appliance business manages some 600,000 spare parts in 29 markets, or a total of around 17 million price points. By implementing a centrallymanaged, value-based pricing system with Vendavo® PricePoint™ as the platform, Electrolux increased sales and profitability, seeing a 6.5% net price effect in the first year and an additional 5.4% in the second. The system also reduced customer complaints and virtually eliminated the cross-border trade in spare parts.
