Darius is a Business Consultant with 12+ years of professional experience in pricing and digital transformations. He is an advocate for elevating commercial excellence to strategic levels in organizations and an expert in building dynamic pricing capabilities in commoditized markets.

Before joining Vendavo, he delivered several complex business transformation initiatives in B2B manufacturing, distribution, and financial services. Darius also worked at Simon-Kucher & Partners advising clients on top-line growth, price optimization and margin improvement initiatives. Darius holds a Masters in International Economic Relations from the Cracow University of Economics in Poland.

Mitchell D Lee

Profit Evangelist, Vendavo

Mitch is the Profit Evangelist at Vendavo with decades of experience in the technical, operational, marketing, and commercial arenas of the chemical industry. Prior to Vendavo, Mitch was with BASF and Orica in product marketing and business management, driving operational optimization, pricing excellence, and margin improvement, as well as personal engagement in high value sales negotiations. Mitch also has deep experience with raw materials supplier portfolio management having negotiated large scale and long-term supply agreements with leading global manufacturers.

Zaccarie Peone

Consultant, Vendavo

Zaccarie is a Consultant who works directly with Vendavo’s prospective and existing customers to identify areas for margin improvement and to develop frameworks to track value realization. As a former engineer he is able to utilize his analytical background to create meaningful insights from data to drive strategic action and realizable value. He has experience working with clients in the distribution, pharmaceutical, and discrete manufacturing industries where he has led initiatives such as channel mix optimization, tail-product pricing, and price optimization.

Zaccarie holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Simon Business School, University of Rochester.
