Everyone knows that Value-Based Pricing is good, but hard. Is there an easier way?

Value-Based Pricing is pricing your product or service based on the real value that this has to your customers business model. Often this requires a large team of engineers that sit together and work out how their product makes their customer’s manufacturing process more efficient, use less raw materials to manufacture the same end product and at the end of the day increases their margin. The product is then sold using a value argumentation guide developed specifically for this one customer. Value-Based Pricing is time consuming, requires insights into your customers business model that you cannot always get and hence it cannot always be done.
